COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

1.The right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you came into possession of the last batch or part or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the last batch or part.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Boxmag, Stefan cel Mare 131 street RO-725400 Radauti, Suceava, info@boxmag.eu, Telephone: +40 799 553 345) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement ( for example, a letter by post, or e-mail and photo). You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the item (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund you using the same payment methods that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold a refund until we have received the item or until you have provided us with proof of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

Immediately, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are only responsible for the diminished value of the item resulting from using it in a way other than it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in the case of contracts in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs.

2.Complaints regarding Goods

We are obliged to deliver goods free from defects. The statutory right of liability for defects of the item sold (warranty for defects) conform law 193/2000 ; law 365/2002 ;OUG 34/2014 and Civil Code.

Anyone making a purchase from the Shop has the right to make a warranty claim.

In the case of exercising the rights under the warranty – if we consider it necessary to consider the complaint, you are obliged to deliver the defective goods to the postal address indicated above at our expense. If, due to the type of goods or the way they are installed, the delivery of the goods would be excessively difficult, you are obliged to make them available to us in the place where they are located. We undertake to respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission.

We are liable under the warranty if a physical defect is found within two years from the date of release of the goods to you. If the subject of the sale is a used movable item, the liability under the warranty is one year from the moment of its issue.

In the submitted complaint, it is recommended to (1) provide information regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect; (2) specification of the request regarding the method of removing the defect (replacement of the goods with a new one, repair of the goods, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract – if the defect is significant); and (3) providing contact details of the person submitting the complaint – this will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by the Store. The recommendations specified in the previous sentence are in the form of non-binding guidelines only and in no way affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without providing the recommended information.
